Vineyard situated on Valreas, on a terroir mainly composed of stones with clay and limestone. High vines are on a soils little bit sandy.
This rosé come from exclusively red grape. Short maceration from the de-stemmed-grape. The pink juice is then vinified at slow temperature to preserve the fruity aromas.

A light colour with a transparent reflect, this pinkish, fresh and fruity develop a nice smelling of flowers, peaches and apricots.
12 to 14°C .
Can be drink now.
Ideally for the aperitifs, with broiled meets and salads.
