DESCRIPTION

Vineyard situated on Valreas, on a terroir mainly composed of stones with clay and limestone. High vines are on a soils little bit sandy.The grapes are checked and harvested by hand then de-stemmed. Traditional vinification. Pressing very smooth with pneumatic presses. The juice settles in a concrete vat overnight. Slow fermentation between 14° and 16°.

Tasting :

With a glint pale colour, this white wine gives a peach and pear smelling. In the mouth, it has a delicate fruity and fragrant taste with a dash of mango and citrus fruit.
12 to 14°C .
Can be drink now.
Ideal for the aperitif or with fish.
