Crozes Hermitage is the largest of all the northern appellations of Rhône Valley. The vineyards are on the right bank of Rhone river, in Drôme department, around Hermitage, where the soil is richer and easier to work with. The soils are granite with large pebbles. The dominant wind is the “Mistral” which allows a constant good quality grape’s sate of health. Stainless-steel vats are used. Only half de-stemmed. Pumping 2 times per days. Malolactic fermentation and maturing in vats.
