DESCRIPTION

Vineyard situated on Limoux hill with a soil of clay and limestone. The climate is mediterranean with low rainfall. Grapes de-stemmed. Alcoholic fermentation during 3 weeks in open vat and then treading. Malolactic fermentation in vat. Light pressing.

Tasting :

Wine with ruby hue. Nice Pinot smell & aromas of fruit jam. In mouth, toasted wine with soft spices and vanilla aromas. Supple & well balanced.
15 to 16°C .
Can be drink now. Peak in 4 years
