Vineyards are planted on steep slope with sandy-granite soils.
The method of pruning is goblet. The grapes are harvested by hand.
All grapes are fermented in vat. The grapes, whole, are placed in vats for a carbonic maceration. Two maceration are happening, one inside the burst grapes one in the grapes which are not burst. Fermentation is conducted through a temperature control process.
