Vineyard selected for the Syrah Cuvée are located on the Corbières hill sides and benefit from the Mediterranean climate of the region. Grounds are mostly clay limestone, with sometimes gravels and pebbles.
Traditional vinification, de-stemming of harvest maceration with control of temperatures, pressing,alcoholic & malolactic fermentations.
