Vineyard : Shiraz vines between 15 and 30 years, Grenache vines 30 years. Vineyard situated on "Les Garrigues" near "Sarrians".
The grapes are selected on the vignard.
Alcoholic fermentation with grenache and shiraz together between 15 days in concrete vat. Malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Aged in French oak barrels of (228 L) during 6 months.

Deep ruby with purple rimmed. This wine reveals blackcurrant, blackberry and spicy aromas. Light flavour of forest floor. Stamp of terroir, a powerful wine, elegant with typical Vacqueyras tannins.
